World Tower Refurbishment - Sydney CBD

The World Tower project involved the complete refurbishment of the existing common floor area for all mid-rise tenants.

The works included the refurbishment of the pool, sauna, amenities, gym, games room, common lounge, theatre, lift lobby, building managers office and the reception areas. The mechanical services were upgraded as the existing system was insufficient.

A highly successful project, the World Tower was completed in a fully occupied building with sleek, high-end finishes across all areas and stages of the development.
