Sam, born and raised in Brisbane, leads our Queensland business with a deep understanding of the local market. With over a decade of experience in the construction and property industries, he is passionate about delivering exceptional projects for his clients. Sam prioritises building strong relationships with both clients and team members, ensuring all projects are delivered to the highest standard, whilst making sure everyone enjoys the process.

Andrew Melville founded the Renascent business to create an environment where people can work hard and deliver great projects, while enjoying the process. With a passion for building and maintaining strong and enduring relationships, Andrew has made Renascent a company driven by quality, service, and collaboration.

Tony’s vision when he created Renascent was a business that was rooted in trust, supported by intelligent solutions. His leadership has built a team that delivers this vision, and he remains committed to the business continuing to grow and provide all clients with a high level of confidence and assurance.

Andrew has been with Renascent for 20 years and leads the business operations team, ensuring continual smooth running of our business nationally. Contributing to the successful delivery of numerous projects across Australia, he has the experience to manage any challenge, and does so with composure and support.

Michael has over 35 years of experience with a successful track record overseeing large complex businesses. His strong background in finance is supported by extensive experience in commercial management, product management, supply chain, sales management and forecasting.

With 20 years’ experience, Beaumont is responsible for the strategy, delivery, and customer experience of our Perth branch. He’s passionate about putting customers at the heart of everything he does and has a steadfast dedication to delivering projects right first time, every time. A sous chef in a former life, Beaumont is skilled at managing multiple projects, with clear and open communications.

A people led manager, David brings a vast range of experience to our Melbourne team. Along with providing our clients with open, timely and accurate communication, David provides guidance to the whole Victorian business. He ensures his team are always striving to achieve the best possible outcomes, whilst enjoying the process.

Highly-motivated and results orientated, Rob leads our Orange business. Growing up in Orange, Rob has a deep understanding of the region and strong relationships with local suppliers. His broad experience has also seen him manage complex and challenging projects, and build strong, collaborative relationships.

With over 30 years of industry knowledge, Scott leads a highly motivated, award winning team of experienced individuals in Canberra. His strategy coupled with strong technical aptitude and clear communication, successfully delivers on a variety of complex projects. He adopts a customer-centric approach with an in-depth understanding of secure, compliant project delivery, spanning various sectors including Defence, Federal and Local Government.

With over two decades of expertise, Peter excels in managing diverse projects from new builds to heritage restorations in healthcare, retail, and education. Renowned for leading teams to excellence, he adeptly navigates project challenges, ensuring seamless progress with a focus on risk management and stakeholder engagement.

Saskia is a highly skilled Interior Architect with over 20 years' experience in architecture, interior design, and construction across Australia and the APAC region. Renowned for her unwavering commitment to design excellence, she combines her expertise in the built environment with strong project and brand management capabilities. Saskia excels in streamlining the design process from concept development to final delivery, ensuring exceptional outcomes. With over 13 years of expertise in Building Services Engineering, Neal has mastered every stage of the project lifecycle—from concept to commissioning. His extensive experience spans design, research and development, value engineering and the meticulous management of installations, ensuring seamless execution and high-quality outcomes.

Jess is an APMP accredited bid professional with over 10 years’ experience in the Construction Industry, she’s passionate about the tender process and delivering bespoke and innovative proposals that are perfectly tailored to clients’ needs. She's excited by new technologies and software, embracing and championing the improvements they bring to the industry.

Don leads NSW's Estimating Team, driving growth with expertise in bid strategy, cost planning, and tender estimating. He excels in value management, optimising project efficiency and cost through innovative solutions, ensuring comprehensive pricing and no surprises in various industry sectors.

Carmen is an accomplished Bid Coordinator with extensive experience in the construction industry. With a keen eye for detail and exceptional organisational skills, Carmen plays a pivotal role in managing the end-to-end bid process, ensuring high-quality, competitive submissions. Carmen thrives in the collaborative environment at Renascent, working closely with internal teams to align bids with project requirements and company brand standards. Her expertise includes coordinating tender documents, managing timelines, and facilitating clear communication across all stakeholders to deliver polished, professional submissions.

Tom is a highly driven and passionate Senior Project leader specialising in commercial and workplace fitout and D&C refurbishment projects. Tom's ability to build strong relationships with clients, subcontractors, consultants and authorities leads to successful, high-quality project outcomes. He takes the time to listen and understand the client's needs and aspirations and translates these into the optimum design to deliver the best outcome for all stakeholders.

David manages our HSEQ systems and processes with genuine care and a passion to make a difference. With deep commitment to keeping all of our staff and site workers safe, he prioritises wellbeing through proactive leadership and drives our safety record with continual process improvement.

Amanda is a highly experienced and well-respected Senior Site Manager, with 15+ years experience. She brings diverse fitout, refurbishment and construction experience to the project team, spanning key sectors, including commercial, heritage, and hospitality. Amanda's strength lies in her ability to build and maintain strong, positive internal and external relation-ships. Her proactive, quality-focused approach helps ensure projects are delivered on-time and defect-free.
