3100m2
Renascent successfully completed the Aurecon Workplace Refurbishment project in Perth, WA, delivering a modern, agile workspace aligned with Aurecon's Workplace Ecology principles.
The 3,100m² office transformation aimed to create a sustainable, culturally rich, and technologically advanced environment while ensuring minimal disruption to business operations.
The staged refurbishment allowed Aurecon to continue operations without experiencing interruptions and ensured staff could transition smoothly into their newly upgraded space.
A key aspect of the design was its cultural sensitivity, incorporating Indigenous artworks and integrating recommendations from the Cultural Engagement Consultant. This approach honoured the local First Nations people and fulfilled Aurecon's commitments under their Reconciliation Action Plan (RAP). Additionally, the space was transformed to support agile working, shifting from traditional desk ownership to neighbourhood-style office spaces that foster collaboration and innovation.
The refurbishment also featured a digital-centric environment with user-friendly, one-touch meeting room solutions and accessibility was prioritised. Flexible indoor and outdoor spaces were created, enhancing collaboration and adaptability, while a central hub was designed to serve as the office's heart, accommodating events for up to 150 people.
