Renascent completed Stage 2 of the Wellington Christian School upgrade in March 2023. This award-winning project, honoured with an MBA Award in the Extensions, Renovations, and Refurbishments category ($1M - $5M), transformed and modernised the school facilities to better support the needs of current and future students.
The extensive scope included demolition, construction of new reception and office areas, library and hall upgrades, as well as enhanced entryways, pavements, and a timber verandah. Comprehensive services upgrades were also implemented such as an upgrade to the stormwater system. The work was carried out within a live, fully operational school environment, allowing daily activities to continue uninterrupted.
In collaboration with Stanton Dahl Architects, Renascent's regional team worked closely to realise the design, ensuring it aligned with the school’s vision and the needs of its community.
