ThomsonAdsett Architects Studio Fitout - Brisbane

Renascent was engaged by ThomsonAdsett to deliver a premium architecture and design studio fitout for their new national headquarters in Jubilee Place, Fortitude Valley, QLD.

Designed by the interior design team at ThomsonAdsett, we were delighted to bring their vision to life in the NABERS5.0 star energy rated building space. The fitout design is based on wellness and best practice accessible design and sustainable principles, whilst fostering connection and creativity amongst the teams.

Work was undertaken within a newly constructed building, whilst base build defects were needing completion during the works, requiring intergraded coordination for the fast-paced fitout.

The full scope of works included:

• Meeting rooms
• Staff breakout with town hall
• Wellness room
• Open plan work areas with collaborative hubs
• Reception desk incorporating timber panelling and custom planter screen
• Mixed ceilings - exposed ceilings and feature acoustic ceiling
• Bespoke joinery and FFE furniture
