The Langham Hotel Refurbishment - Sydney

High-end and located close to the historic Rocks area of Sydney, The Langham Hotel offers guests a luxury 5-star stay in the heart of the city. To continue delivering this prestigious stay, the site needed rectification and improvement works across six floors.

Engaged as construction manager, Renascent undertook these complex works along with the complete fitout of the ground floor toilets, all while the hotel was fully operational.

Significant care was taken to minimise disruption and ensure comfort and quality remained for all guests. A significant element that enabled this success was the close working relationship with the hotel management. Works could be easily be coordinated appropriately, in particular around functions and hotel operations, as well as restrictions around times of works.

All works were staged with compressed programs, working closely and successfully with hotel management to ensure the continued comfort of all guests at all times.
