4,500m2
To meet updated façade safety standards, MapleTree’s 144 Montague Road asset required the replacement of 4500m2 of combustible aluminium composite panels.
Working across all six levels of the building, our team partnered with Linked Project Management to deliver this recladding project. Taking a fully collaborative approach, Renascent Brisbane worked alongside a structural engineer and principal certifying authority to ensure the re-clad scope met the current National Construction Code requirements.
By utilising mast climbers and elevated working platforms we delivered a significantly more efficient access solution. The minimal structural connection to the building in comparison to scaffolding, made for a faster set-up and decant time. The mast climbers also allow mechanical movement up and down the building for faster access and flexible working platforms when compared to scaffolding.
