An international bank required a full stripout and fitout of their Brisbane branch, delivering a superior customer experience as well as improved offices for their staff.
Working in an occupied environment, the project team developed a two- stage construction strategy to mitigate impacts to the client’s operations, with the entire project completed out-of-hours.
The full scope of works included:
- High-spec front-of-house area including waiting area and client meeting rooms
- Dual-purpose breakout space for a day-to-day staff amenity and in-house function space
- Back of house office area with high end workstation systems
- Support spaces including meeting and focus rooms, utilities, wellness room, and a new communications room with fibre links to the ground floor Banking Branch.
As the project design and client-side project management team were Sydney based, Renascent provided weekly reporting inclusive of financial reports, status program, risk identification and mitigation tables and progress photos to ensure all key stakeholders were kept up to date.
