Channel Nine Office Fitout - Perth

Nine Network Australia’s new national broadcast rollout required an extensive, state-of-the-art audio visual and data communications installation at their St Georges Terrace site.

The nature of this high-end head-office demanded strong communication and management to ensure design intent, whilst maintaining an eye on the overall budget. The construction works were across two levels and 3,200m² were completed with careful consideration, strict building management guidelines and allowing business to continue operating on the level adjacent, above and below.

Working closely with Colliers International and Meyer Shircore and Associates Architects design, along with Nine Network, the team overcame a number of challenges. These included a 44-communication cabinet room installed in just six weeks, separate generator, and UPS.  

The project also featured the installation of polished flooring, reception desk, glass panel automation, reconfiguration of workstations and an extensive number of finishes throughout.
