Central House, The Commons - Toorak

Renascent has delivered the fitout for the development of Central House, located at 459 Toorak Road. The project involved close collaboration with Deague Group and The Commons to transform their vision into reality.

One of the key highlights of this project is the installation of a spacious interconnecting staircase, strategically positioned between Levels 3 and 4. This staircase serves as a conduit, fostering seamless connectivity and promoting a thriving environment for businesses and teams. 

The design incorporates a blend of highly functional team spaces, studios, meeting rooms, and quiet areas, all equipped with state-of-the-art audio-visual technology.

Both floors feature generously sized kitchens and breakout areas. These spaces have been crafted with bespoke joinery, showcasing unique and intricate details that add to the overall aesthetic appeal.
