Aurora Place Ground floor Lobby & Forecourt Refurbishment

The award-winning Aurora Place is a premium commercial tower that occupies a pivotal position in Sydney’s CBD, and has become a vital and distinctive part of its location through its history and bespoke design.

The Lobby and Forecourt project's main objective was to reset the ground floor plain to deliver a product commensurate with premium grade commercial users' requirements whilst maintaining the original design intent. This involved the refurbishment of the Ground-Floor lobby and forecourt of the building to provide an enhanced amenity to building occupants.

Renascent demonstrated meticulous craftsmanship and adeptly navigated project challenges. Playing homage to Renzo Piano's design integrity, the re-purposing of timber and significant reengineering of client-supplied stone showed the complete dedication of our team.

Working in a live environment, our seamless management ensured uninterrupted daily operations for tower tenants, prioritising safety and delivering high-quality results.
