Airservices Air Traffic Command Centre Upgrade - Melbourne

Renascent was engaged to refurbish and upgrade an existing building for Airservices Australia at Tullamarine Airport. This a sensitive and high security site that remained in use for the duration of demolition and construction, so required a meticulous and thorough methodology.

With a strong security plan, a committed approach to noise management, and a staged construction plan with an emphasis of de-risking at each stage, Renascent were the perfect partners to deliver on this specialised project.

The project scope consisted of demolition and make safe works, followed by a three staged construction plan. Works included new partitions, raised flooring, architectural joinery and loose furniture installation, and an impressive feature timber batten screen system in the atrium.

Additionally, Renascent worked closely with Airservices to coordinate the procurement and installation of specialist equipment and services from many different suppliers.
