We successfully completed a project for ISPT in Sydney’s busting CBD, featuring both external and internal works.
The external upgrades included a new steel and glass awning and paving enhancements, with comprehensive design elements incorporated to align with the heritage building next door. Internal improvements comprised the construction of a cold shell tenancy, new amenities, and general building upgrades to facilitate a future restaurant and kitchen.
Challenges included crane installation, staged handovers, managing public interference, working near a live tram line, and condensing the program after weather disruptions. Additionally, we coordinated with Australia Post to align our works with their retail operations and post office box services seamlessly.
These risks were mitigated through condensing the program and staged handover, delivering within budget to the client’s satisfaction.
