Renascent has delivered a stylish and dynamic refurbishment to the lift lobby at 312 St Kilda Rd, Melbourne.

The works included a facelift of an old 1988 stone cladded lift lobby, inclusive of new bathroom amenities.

As a thoroughfare for tenants on the ground and upper three floors, the location required minimal disruption while works were delivered in a live environment.

Noise levels were managed by staging works during the day and confining louder works to a few nominated hours as required.

The entrance to the lift lobby now has a large feature ceiling with new lighting and electronic tenancy boards. The Ground floor also has new soft seating areas for the comfort of tenants and guests.
