Speculative fitouts present unique challenges in maximising value for the client whilst achieving a highly desirable space for future tenants to want to lease. We were asked by Knight Frank on behalf of Insignia Financial to divide a 1,500m2 space to create four unique and attractive Spec Suites, along with rejuvenating the End of Trip facilities at 108 Power St, Hawthorn, VIC.
How we added Value:
- Balancing high quality, attractive finishes and design within a budget that made to project viable for the client.
- Delivering on a tight timeframe, in a challenging live environment with surrounding tenancies, undertaking works out of hours and being proactive on design changes throughout the project to drive the approvals process to ensure we delivered on time.
Outcome:
All spaces were leased or under offer quickly after completion, marking a successful outcome for the client and all involved.
