IFM Investors Office Fitout

Renascent was proud to partner with IFM Investors to deliver a comprehensive office fit-out spanning four levels at 50 Lonsdale. This project marked a significant transformation for IFM, moving from their previous office at 2 Lonsdale to a new, open-plan environment that prioritised staff experience, collaboration, and sustainability.

Project Overview
Our engagement began early, during the ECI phase, where we collaborated with the design team to deliver a modern office fit-out from a cold shell across Levels 31-34. The scope included the construction of new interconnecting stairs, the supply and installation of all furniture, and the integration of advanced AV solutions to support IFM’s shift to a more flexible, collaborative workplace.

The IFM office fit-out was delivered on time and within budget. Through our early engagement and strong collaboration with the client and consultant teams, we provided valuable input on acoustic performance, budget management, and lead times for materials and equipment. The project was a success, meeting all of the client's goals, and IFM is thrilled with their new space.
