HCF House Business Centre & Cafe Upgrade - Sydney

Working with HCF House the projects saw us complete a full building upgrade across ten floors of the iconic George Street location in the bustling centre of Sydney’s CBD. From the basement up to the level 14 plant room, this full-service upgrade included the York Street ground floor façade and installation of the Café and Business Centre, as well as lift lobbies and core bathrooms.

The project objectives were to make clever use of space, introduce a contemporary and colourful design and breathe new life into the health-focused HCF headquarters.

The works also included the fitout of the HCF Dental and Eye Care Centre and the HCF head office from level 2 to level 8, which featured an interconnected staircase throughout the 8 levels. Being the first stage of a future building upgrade, high specification finishes were essential, so materials included Italian stone and marble, as well as veneer and polyurethane wall finishes.
