In partnership with the Blacktown City Council and Australian Catholic University (ACU), Renascent were involved in the new Saint Josephine Bakhita Campus project. It’s the first stage in the university’s long-term plan to meet the ever-growing Western Sydney student population.

Our team delivered aground floor tenancy for ACU, which has provided a new student information centre and office space. Included in the scope were other works for Blacktown City Council such as façade, awning and full lobby upgrades.

With the lobby, awning, and courtyard all public facing spaces, Renascent were meticulous in their coordination of the site. The lobby was staged and split in half to allow access for building occupants and the majority of works were completed out of hours to ensure minimal disruption.

The team also delivered revised joinery finishes to improve the aesthetic and performance of the space.
