Central Park is an iconic tower located in the heart of Perth, boasting 51 floors of premium office space. These End of Trip works formed part of the largest transformation of the tower since its opening in 1992.
Works included new B1 Basement amenities including a bike store area, cool down and central lounges, shower and locker areas, and thoughtfully designed ‘in-between areas’. Racks were also installed to accommodate over 289 bikes and 656 lockers across the male, female and UAT changerooms.

Despite facing various obstacles, including delivery delays and complex programming issues, they managed to achieve an outstanding quality build. We extend our gratitude to our valued subcontractors who played a crucial role in this success.

Their unwavering commitment and hard work were instrumental in overcoming the difficulties and ensuring the successful completion of the project.’
