Orange Conservatorium and Planetarium Progress Update

Exciting progress as the Orange Conservatorium and Planetarium project begins to take shape, with pre-cast panels now installed for the Auditorium, and formwork and steel advancing on Level 1.
The project was opened by PM, Anthony Albanese in a sod turning ceremony in late January 2024.
This landmark development is set to bring cultural and educational experiences to life, featuring:
275-seat auditorium
65-seat planetarium auditorium
40 practice studios and rehearsal spaces
Fully equipped lobby with bar, kitchen, and front & back of house facilities
Dedicated office space, amenities, and support areas
We’re thrilled to see this landmark project unfold throughout 2025 and bring a vibrant new space to the community in Orange.
