Raymond Pratt, (Managing Director of Dice Australia),Geoff Warren, (Regional and NSW Director for CBRE), Grant Bryan (Group General Manager Renascent Australia) and Tom Greasley (Site Manager Renascent Australia) together undertook an in-depth tour of the site and also used the opportunity to further discuss the Indigenous Procurement process for this and future projects. Unfortunately, Jayson Egan of ARA was unable to attend on the day.
The project includes significant base building upgrades to meet the most stringent performance specifications, facade works and 19 levels of detailed, specialised fit out and interconnecting stairs.
Dice’s 6-year partnership with Renascent has delivered many successful project outcomes. We see 320 Pitt Street as another significant opportunity to continue the collaboration and deliver an exceptional project.
