Project Coordinator

The Role

As a Project Coordinator, you’ll be an essential part of the team, ensuring projects run smoothly and efficiently. From organising schedules to coordinating site teams and suppliers, your ability to stay on top of the details will be critical to our success.

What You’ll Do

  • Assist with planning, execution, and project delivery.
  • Coordinate with contractors, suppliers, and site teams to ensure resources and materials are available when needed.
  • Maintain and update project schedules, tracking progress and milestones.
  • Prepare reports and provide regular updates to stakeholders.
  • Help manage safety documentation and ensure compliance.
  • Support with tendering, budgeting, invoices, and purchase orders.
  • Anticipate potential issues and collaborate with the team to find solutions.

 

What You’ll Bring

Experience and Education:

  • 2 years of experience in construction, engineering, or project coordination (fit out and refurbishment is a bonus)
  • A degree or diploma in construction management, engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience).

 

Skills:

  • Strong organisational and time management abilities.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency with project management tools (e.g., Procore, or Excel).
  • A proactive approach to problem-solving and multitasking.

 

Personal Attributes:

  • Fully accountable for tasks and sees them through to completion.
  • Maintains high standards of quality in every aspect of work.
  • Tackles challenges with a proactive and positive attitude.
