Executive Assistant

We are looking for a highly efficient and proactive PA to join our team in St Leonards. Immediate start available.

The Role:

Reporting to the CEO and COO and supporting our National Leadership team, this is a crucial support role that ensures the smooth functioning of our leadership team. This highly visible and pivotal role manages a wide range of responsibilities, providing optimal support to the business and is a key contact point for all of our offices.

 

Duties include (but are not limited to):

  • Energetic, adaptable and ability to work autonomously
  • General administration duties
  • Complex calendar management
  • Business travel coordination and management 
  • Expense management
  • Meeting coordination including agenda and minutes
  • Preparing and reviewing documents including presentations, emails, reports and agendas
  • Communicating effectively with key stakeholders and building successful relationship with people at all levels of the organisation.

 

Skills and experience:

  • Energetic, adaptable and ability to work autonomously
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to think critically to gather relevant information and make informed decisions
  • Demonstrated proactive approach, strong initiative, and sound judgement/decision making skills
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to build successful relationships
  • Advanced MS Office skills
  • Excellent written communication skills
  • Ability to manage a wide variety of tasks with a sense of humour and grounded approach
  • High degree of discretion and confidentiality
  • Proven track record as an EA supporting multiple senior leaders in building and construction (preferred)
  • Experience managing multiple priorities
  • Energetic, adaptable and ability to work autonomously.
