The Role:
Reporting to the CEO and COO and supporting our National Leadership team, this is a crucial support role that ensures the smooth functioning of our leadership team. This highly visible and pivotal role manages a wide range of responsibilities, providing optimal support to the business and is a key contact point for all of our offices.
Duties include (but are not limited to):
- Energetic, adaptable and ability to work autonomously
- General administration duties
- Complex calendar management
- Business travel coordination and management
- Expense management
- Meeting coordination including agenda and minutes
- Preparing and reviewing documents including presentations, emails, reports and agendas
- Communicating effectively with key stakeholders and building successful relationship with people at all levels of the organisation.
Skills and experience:
- Energetic, adaptable and ability to work autonomously
- Strong attention to detail and ability to think critically to gather relevant information and make informed decisions
- Demonstrated proactive approach, strong initiative, and sound judgement/decision making skills
- Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to build successful relationships
- Advanced MS Office skills
- Excellent written communication skills
- Ability to manage a wide variety of tasks with a sense of humour and grounded approach
- High degree of discretion and confidentiality
- Proven track record as an EA supporting multiple senior leaders in building and construction (preferred)
- Experience managing multiple priorities
- Energetic, adaptable and ability to work autonomously.
