Business Development Manager

We are currently looking for an energetic and enthusiasticBusiness Development Manager to join our dynamic, close-knit team located in our head office in St Leonards.

Reporting to the General Manager, you will have full client project management autonomy and responsibility. You will create new leads and bring new lines of work into the business, building on relationships new and old.

Your duties include but are not limited to:

• Develop leads, new business and customer engagement at market leading levels
• Represent our Company in a professional and positive manner
• Develop and drive new client acquisition & retention strategies
• Maintain high level market awareness
• Execute business development plan
• Networking at industry events
• Ability to communicate with all key stakeholders

About you:

• Ability to demonstrate strong negotiation and analytical skills
• Ability to represent the Company through client liaison
• Outstanding presentation, communication and influencing skills
• Down to earth with a good sense of humour
• Personal drive, integrity and professionalism

Construction experience is not essential. We are looking for someone who has impeccable presentation and communication skills; the confidence to represent our Company and build rapport with clients.
